Welcome to The Royal Veterinary College's graduation booking portal for Class of 2025, managed by Marston Events.

Booking is open until midnight on Friday 23rd May.

Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Guest Tickets

Each student is entitled to two free guest tickets and two paid for tickets at £30 each. Your free guest tickets are NOT defaulted to your basket, please add these to your order.

Following the booking deadline, we may be able to offer extra guest tickets to students who wish to purchase these.

If you are interested in purchasing additional guest tickets, please add the number of requested tickets to your basket, you can request a maximum of four additional tickets. Please note, these cannot be guaranteed. Should extra guest tickets become available, students will be notified about availability on Tuesday 27th May 2025.

Academic Dress

PLEASE NOTE: Hats not to be worn during the ceremony as you will carry your hood onto the stage and be hooded by the Principal as part of the ceremony. Hats are provided for photography purposes and to wear throughout the rest of the day, please see RVC graduation webpages

You will need to tell us the height, chest size, and estimated hat size of the student to complete this section.

RVC may offer a Pre-Graduation day at Hawkshead campus on Tuesday 8th July for students to collect their gowns and have professional photography taken in a studio set up by Marston Events.

Please note if we do not receive demand of 50+ students this will not be viable and all services will be provided at the Barbican only on Wednesday 9th July at Graduation. Professional photography will be available on both days.
