Queen Mary University of London are delighted to announce bookings are open for graduation ceremonies taking place in Spring 2025.

These Graduation ceremonies will be held at the People’s Palace, Mile End Campus.

Bookings open on 25th February 2025 (Midday UK time). Bookings must be made before the booking deadline of 11th March 2025 (Midday UK time). Please ensure bookings are fully completed before the deadline.

Students are not automatically allocated a ticket at a ceremony and must book a place to attend their ceremony before the booking deadline of 11th March 2025 (Midday UK time).

Students are permitted to purchase up to 2 guest tickets for the ceremony before the booking deadline. Students can register an interest in purchasing additional tickets for guests. Please note, only students who register interest in additional tickets will be eligible to purchase extra tickets if they are made available. Once the booking window has passed if additional tickets are available then students will be informed and the extra tickets will come sale from 18th March (Midday UK time) – 25th March (Midday UK time). Extra tickets are not reserved for all who indicate in their original booking that they wish to purchase additional tickets. We recommend making additional bookings quickly to avoid disappointment.

Ceremony/Award
Here you select the your ceremony date, time and qualification as already provided to you by your institution.
Tickets
Order your tickets for Graduation, the Student Ticket is added automatically.
Gown Hires
You will need to tell us your height, chest size, and estimated hat size of the student to complete this section. You will also be able to provide details here of any additional information regarding the student such as sensory or mobility issues which you think would be helpful to the ceremony organisers.
Photography
Pre-order your graduation portrait photography and make your special day that bit easier. There is a wide range of packs available to suit all pockets and great value add-ons too.
