Student Number

This can also be known as Student ID number or enrollment number.

Student Details

Please provide the student's given name and family name, an email address and best contact phone number. These details mean we can contact if you are having problems completing the process or have any other issues to do with the ceremony.

Ceremony/Award

Here you select the your ceremony date, time and qualification as already provided to you by your institution.

Tickets

Order your tickets for Graduation, the Student Ticket is added automatically.

Gown Hires

Gowns are collected at the De Montfort Hall, Leicester, before your ceremony; the photography studios will also be located at the venue. The venue will be open from 1pm, the ceremony is at 3pm. You will need to tell us your height, chest size, and estimated hat size of the student to complete this section. You will also be able to provide details here of any additional information regarding the student such as sensory or mobility issues which you think would be helpful to the ceremony organisers.

Photography

Pre-order your graduation portrait photography and make your special day that bit easier. There is a wide range of packs available to suit all pockets and great value add-ons too.

Pre-order your clip showing you crossing the stage as your name is called
